360例儿童I类切口手术预防性应用抗菌药物调查分析

目的了解医院I类切口围手术期抗茵药物的应用现状及合理性。方法随机抽取360例2009年9月至2011年8月I类切口围手术期患者，进行回顾性调查。结果抗菌药物使用率为95．83％，指征预防用药不合理为21．45％，预防用药首次使用时间不合理为33．06％，术后给药时间不合理31．11％。结论应加强围手术期抗茵药物的应用的管理和监督，促进临床医师合理用药。

Investigation and Analysis on Prophylactic Utilization of Antimicrobials in Type I Incision on 360 Children Cases

Objective To understand the application status and the rationality of antimicrobials during perioperative period in type I inci- sion operation. Methods A total of 360 perioperative cases of type Iineision operation in our hospital from September 2009 to August 2011 were randomly sampled and performed the retrospective investigation. Results The use rate of antimicrobials was 95.83% , the prophylactic medication without indication accounted for 21.4% , The irrationality of the initial administration time of prophylactic an- timicrobials was 33. 1% and irrationality of postoperative medication time of antimicrobials was 31. 1%. Conclusion The management and supervision on the application of antimierobials during the perioperative period should be strengthened to promote the rational drug use for the clinicians
