普通干扰素与阿德福韦酯不同联合方法治疗慢性乙型肝炎的对比研究

目的 比较使用普通干扰素与阿德福韦酯不同联合方法治疗乙型肝炎的疗效.方法 采用随机、平行对照方法,把将符合干扰素抗病毒治疗标准的60例患者分为两组,A组采用普通干扰素（IFN） 60 μg联合阿德福韦酯（ADV） 10 mg进行治疗,B组采用先普通干扰素60 μg治疗半月后,再联合ADV 10 mg抗病毒治疗.两组疗程均为48周.结果 48周后,两组患者的HBV-DNA,HBeAg转阴率无明显差异,均未见病毒变异.结论 干扰素与阿德福韦酯联合治疗慢性乙型肝炎效果明显,且两组疗效无差异.

Comparative Study on Different Combination Methods of Common Interferon and Adefovir Dipivoxil in Treating Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective To investigate the efficacy of different combined Methods of common interferon and adefovir dipivoxil（ADV） in treating chronic hepatitis B. Methods Sixty patients with chronic hepatitis B according with the interferon antiviral treatment criteria in our hospital were divided into two groups by the randomized and parallel controlled method. The group A was simultaneously treated with common interferon（IFN） 60 μg and ADV 10 mg, while the group B was firstly treated with IFN 60 μg for half month and then combined with ADV 10 mg for antiviral therapy. The course of treatment was 48 weeks for the two groups. Results After 48 weeks, the negative conversion rate of HBV- DNA and HBeAg had no significant difference between the two groups. No virus mutation was found in both groups. Conclusion Interferon combined with ADV in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B has significantly curative effect, fur- thermore, their simultaneous combination arid the pre- and- post combination have no significant difference in the curative effects.
