外伤性颌骨骨折的临床诊治分析

目的：探讨骨折愈合影响因素。方法：对358例颌骨骨折病例，根据致伤原因、骨折部位及类型，治疗效果及随访结果进行总结。结果：治疗有效率95．87％。手术切开复位骨间固定265例，手法或牵引复位外固定93例；术后感染骨延迟愈合8例；合并口腔颌面部软组织损伤210例。结论：准确诊断，及时复位、固定，选择正确固定方式，防止感染，待别是应用坚固内固定技术能有效提高颌骨骨折治愈率。

Analysis of factors in influencing jawbone union

Objective:To study the factors in influencing fracture union by reviewing jawbone fracture cases.Methods:As follow 358 cases of jawbone fracture who happened from March 1999 to March 2002 in three hospitals of this city were gathered and summarized according to cause of injury,position and type of fracture,treatment effect and follow-up results.Results:The effects rate of treatment was 95.87%.Among all cases,265 were interosseous fixation after open reduction through operation,93 were external fixation through manual reduction or traction reduction,8 were of a delayed fracture union due to infection after operation,and 210 were of injure of oral cavity and maxillofacial soft tissue at the same time.Conclusion:The diagnosis is correct,and the reposition and fixation are in time with right form,meanwhile infection is prevented through better nursing support,in particular,the application of firm internal fixation technology could improve the jawbone fracture cure rate effectively.
