针刺配合推拿治疗痉挛型小儿脑瘫临床观察

[目的]观察针刺配合推拿治疗痉挛型小儿脑瘫的临床疗效。[方法]运用以头针、体针为主的针刺方法配合推拿治疗痉挛型小儿脑瘫50例。取穴:头部运动区、足运感区、语言二、三区、智力区。百会、大椎、夹脊、肾俞、曲池、合谷、神门、环跳、髀关、伏兔、足三里、丰隆、阳陵泉、后溪、昆仑、申脉、照海。隔日1次,1个月为1个疗程。[结果]治疗50例患者中,基本治愈4例,显效25例,有效17例,无效4例,总有效率92%。[结论]针刺配合推拿治疗痉挛型小儿脑瘫具有安全、方便、见效快等优点,适合大力推广。

Acupuncture and Massage Therapy in Children With Spastic Cerebral Palsy Clinical Observation

[Methods ] The use of a scalp and body acupuncture needle - based methods combined with massage therapy in children with spastic cerebral palsy 50 cases, Selection: head sport area, a sense of foot area, two and three languages areas, intellectual area. DU20,DU14,EX-B2, BL23, LI11,LI4,HT7, GB30, ST31, ST32, ST36, ST40,GB34, SB, BL60, BL62, KI6. Treatment was given on alternate days, a month for a course of treatment. [Results] 50 cases of treatment of patients, 4 cases cured, 25 cases markedly effective, 17 cases effective ,4 cases ineffective, and the total efficiency rate is 92%. [Conclusion] Acupuncture and Massage treatment of spastic cerebral palsy in children is safe, convenient, quick, etc. to promote suitable.
