银杏叶注射液治疗老年患者早期术后认知功能障碍疗效观察

目的观察银杏叶注射液治疗老年人术后认知功能障碍(POCD)的疗效。方法选择择期手术老年患者中确诊为早期POCD者30例,随机分为3组:A组10例单独用银杏叶注射液10 mL+5%葡萄糖液250 mL静脉滴注;B组10例单独用新斯的明1 mg肌注;C组10例单独注射生理盐水10 mL。结果A组总有效率为50%,B组总有效率为40%,C组总有效率为30%。A组和C组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),A组和B组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。2组用药期间均未见明显不良反应。结论银杏叶注射液用于治疗老年人术后POCD安全、有效、可行,但尚需进行更多的研究来进一步深入探讨。

Curative effect of Yinxing injection on early postoperative cognitive dysfunction in the elder surgical patients

Objective It is to observe the curative effect of Yinxing injection on early postoperative cognitive dysfunction(POCD) in the elder surgical patients.Methods 30 patients with early POCD were chosen from elder surgical patients received selective operation,and were divided into 3 groups: group A(10 cases) were given Yinxing injection 10 mL only +5% Glucose Liquid 250 mL by intravenous drip,group B(10 cases)was given Neostigmine 1 mg only by intramscular injection,group C(10 cases) was given normal saline 10 mL intramscular injection.Results The total effective rate was 50% in group A,40% in group B and 30% in group C.There was a significant difference in the rate between group A and C(P<0.05),and there was no difference between group A and B(P>0.05).No obvious side effect was found among the three groups during treatment stage.Conclusion Yinxing injection is safe,effective and feasible to treat for early postoperative cognitive dysfunction(POCD) in the elder surgical patients,but it also needs more study to get further results.
