东菱克栓酶、诺易平治疗急性脑梗死的对照研究

目的 比较东菱克栓梅，诺易平治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法 42例住院患随机分为两组。在应用复方丹参、胞二磷胆碱、尼莫地平、阿司匹林等药物治疗的基础上，A组：加用东菱克栓酶10U加入生理盐水100ml静滴1h以上，隔日1次，共用3次。B组：加用诺易平0．25ml皮下注射，2／d，连用5d后改为1／d，再用5d。结果 两组在神经功能缺损评分(NDS)及临床疗效比较中，均有显疗效，两组间疗效比较无显差异。结论 诺易平是一种比东菱克栓酶更安全、有效、使用方便的药物。

The effects of batroxobin and clivarin on acute cerebral infarction

Objective To observe batroxobin and clivarin effects on acute cerebral infarction. Methode 42 cases given fufangdan-shen, cificoline, nimodpine, aspirin then were divided into two groups randomly. Group A: batroxobin 10U intravenous drip 1 time every the otherday, totally 3 times. Group B: clivarin 0. 25ml subcutaneous injection twice a day, within 5 days, then 1 time daily in another 5 day. ResultsThere were significant effects on NDS and clinical manifestation in two groups. There were not significant differents between the two groups.Conclusions Clivarin was a drug which was more safe, mere effective, more convenient than batroxobin.
