早期结肠癌患者手术前后T淋巴细胞亚群改变与预后关系的研究

目的通过检测CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+指标的升降,探讨早期结肠癌患者T淋巴细胞亚群改变与预后的关系。方法可评价疗效的80例早期结肠癌患者手术前抽取外周血1次,手术后每3个月抽取1次,行流式细胞仪检查,了解CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+情况,随访追踪1～2年,并进行复查,综合分析T淋巴细胞亚群改变与患者预后之间的关系。结果 CD4+/CD8+比值升高、正常、降低的治愈与局部复发或转移比例分别为16:43:11和1:3:6,差异有统计学意义(P=0.006)。结论 T淋巴细胞亚群改变,主要指CD4+/CD8+变化,可以预示早期结肠癌患者的预后。

A study on the relationship between the change of T Lymphocyte Subsets Pre and Post operation and the prognosis of patients in early stage colon carcinoma

Objective To explore the relationship between the change of T lymphocyte subsets pre and post operation and the prognosis of patients in early stage colon carcinoma by checking the change of CD4,CD8,CD4＋/CD8＋.Methods Draw off peripheral blood samples from patients（80 cases） with colon carcinoma before operation.After operation,draw off peripheral blood samples every three months.They were detected by flow cytometry for investigating the change of CD4＋,CD8＋,CD4＋/CD8＋.Followed up 1 to 2 years and reexamined and analyzed the relationship between the change of T lymphocyte subsets and the prognosis.Results When CD4＋/CD8＋ were increased,normal or decreased,the ratio of CR with local recurrence or metastasis of the patients were 16：43：11 and 1：3：6.There were significant differences between them（P=0.006）.Conclusion The change of T lymphocyte subsets that mainly include CD4＋/CD8＋ can foreshow the prognosis of patients with colon carcinoma.
