鼻出血139例护理分析

目的探讨和分析鼻出血临床护理的工作特性。方法回顾性分析该院耳鼻咽喉科139例鼻出血患者的临床资料,分析耳鼻咽喉专科护理措施对不同病因鼻出血患者的效果。结果 123例患者经常规护理后止血治疗效果良好,5例患者因高血压控制不佳需个体化的护理措施,5例血液病患者止血后转血液科治疗,3例患者因尿毒症需转肾内科透析治疗转肾内科,2例晚期鼻咽癌患者因反复大出血休克死亡,1例抑郁症患者因贫血伴鼻肺迷走神经反射死亡。结论鼻出血患者在积极治疗原发疾病、专科护理和配合心理护理的同时,密切观察、监测生命体征和采取个体化的护理措施极其重要。

Nursing experience of nasal hemorrhage:on 139 cases report

Objective To discuss and analyse the clinical nursing characteristics of nasal hemorrhage. Methods Retrospective analysed the clinical data of 139 cases patients with nasal hemorrhage in department of otolaryngology, to analyse the effect of the department of otolaryngology specialist care measure in patients with different cause of nasal hemorrhage. Re- suits After routine care treatment, 123 cases patients had a good effect of stopping bleeding, five cases were due to poor con- trol of hypertension to take care of the individual measures, five cases of blood in patients with hemostatic turn hematology treat- ment, three cases of patients with uremia need to transfer the department of nephrologydialysis transfer of nephrology,2 cases of patients with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma died due to repeated bleeding shock, patients with depression reflex deaths due to anemia with nose and lungs fans go. Conclusion Nasal hemorrhage patient in active treatment of primary disease, specialist care and co-ordination of psychological care, close observation, monitoring vital signs and to take care of the individual measures is extremely important.
