股动脉损伤处理失误分析

报道股动脉损伤处理失误５例。由于对损伤的原因未认真分析，或被其它合并伤掩盖、或手术方法选择不当，致术后发生急性肾功能衰竭死亡２例，股动脉继发血栓形成，修复血管破裂等严重并发症３例，其中经再次手术行血管修复成功２例，截肢１例。提出应重视闭合性股动脉损伤的早期诊断，认真分析血管损伤的不同因素，采用正确的修复方法，是防止股动脉损伤处理失误的关键。

ABSTRACT ANALYSIS OF THE MISTAKES IN THE MANAGEMENT OF INJURIES OF FEMORALARTERY

he injuries of the femoral arteries were mistrcated in 5 cases.The causes of the mistak eswere resulted from:the initled cause of the injury was not carefully analyzed;the arterial injurywas overlooked by the concomitant injuries,and the improper method of management was select-ed, as aresult,2 patients died from acute renal failure and the other 3 patients developed thecomplications of secondary thrombosis of the artery or rupture of the artery at the anastomoticsite following repair. Of the 3 patients, 2 patients had recovered following reoperation and theother 1 patient had lost his limb from amputation.It should be emphasized that all of the follow-ing key points might avoid the mistak es occurred in the management of the injury of the femoralartery:(1)early dlagnosis;(2)debredment of arterai end;(3)in infections wounds,insted ofvein transplantation bypass technique should be done.
