神经生长因子在病毒性心肌炎心肌中的表达及法医学意义

目的检测病毒性心肌炎(VM)患者心肌组织中神经生长因子(NGF)的表达,探讨其在病毒性心肌炎发病过程中的作用及其在法医学中的意义。方法取10例病毒性心肌炎死者心肌组织为实验组,10例颅脑损伤死者心肌组织为对照组,HE染色并采用免疫组化法(SABC法)检测NGF表达,对其表达水平与心肌病变积分进行相关性分析。结果病毒性心肌炎死者心肌组织与对照组心肌组织中NGF表达有显著性差异(P<0.05),NGF免疫组化阳性颗粒指数与心肌病变积分呈显著正相关(r=0.91,P<0.05)。结论NGF过度表达可能在病毒性心肌炎的发病机制中起重要作用,NGF对病毒性心肌炎猝死有辅助诊断价值。

Expression of Nerve Growth Factor in Myocardial Tissue with Viral Myocarditis and It's Forensic Significance

Objective To examine the expression of nerve growth factor(NGF) in myocardial tissue of patients dying of viral myocarditis(VM) ,and to investigate the role of NGF in myocarditis and its significance in forensic medicine.Method HE and immunohistochemially stained tissue sections from ten myocardial tissues from the VM group and ten from the control group were examined.The correlation between the expression levels of NGF and myocardial histopathological scores was analyzed.Result Compared with the control group,the levels of myocardial NGF protein in the VM group were significantly increased(P < 0.05) .Immunohistochemical staining also showed the positive correlation between the expression of NGF protein and the histopathological scores(r = 0.91,P < 0.05) .Conclusion The excessive expression of NGF may play an important role in the pathogenesis of viral myocarditis.The expression levels of NGF may have diagnostic value in forensic medicine.
