| 摘 要： | 目的了解广州市艾滋病病毒(以下简称"HIV")抗体阳性吸毒者在感染前后的危险行为特征。方法使用自行设计的调查问卷对HIV抗体阳性吸毒者进行调查。结果155例调查对象中,有静脉注射吸毒史占98.7%(153/155),其中有共用注射器吸毒行为者占84.3%(128/153);46.1%调查对象发生过婚外性行为;54.7%的调查对象发生性行为时从未使用安全套。40例调查对象在获知自己感染状况后,其危险行为发生率大幅下降。结论HIV阳性告知是降低阳性吸毒人群危险行为发生率的一个重要手段。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the characters of high-risk behaviors of HIV positive drug users before/after being infection in Guangzhou city.Method The HIV positive drug users with were investigated by questionnaire.Result 98.7% of all the cases are injection-drug users,in which 84.3% of them had the experience of sharing needle,46.1% of all the cases had sexual behaviors out of marriage,and 54.7% of all the cases never used condom during sex.40 cases avoided the high-risk behaviors after being aware of HIV infection.Conclusion Educating of the injection-drug users of the risk of HIV infection is an important method to reduce the rate of high-risk behaviors happening among the injection-drug users. |
