| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胆囊切除术治疗无症状胆囊结石的可行性和必要性。方法将我院1997-03／2007-03经B超发现的无症状胆囊结石患者66例为预防组，随机抽取同期有症状的胆囊结石患者70例为治疗组，两组均常规行胆囊切除术治疗，并对两组的术后病理、并发症及手术时间进行对比分析。结果两组术后病理、并发症及手术时间比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对无症状胆囊结石有选择地行胆囊切除术是安全可行的，具有良好的临床运用价值。 |

| Abstract: | Aim To investigate the feasibility of the application of cholecystectomy for asymptomatic cholecystolithiasis. Methods 66 cases with asymptomatic cholecystolithiasis admitted into our hospital from March 1997 to March 2007 were in the preventive group, while 70 cases with symptomatic cholecystolithiasis randomly selected during the same time were in the treatment group. The data of postoperative pathologic examination, complications and operative time between the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The postoperative pathologic examination, complications and operative time between the two groups were significantly different（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion It is safe and valuable to use cholecystectomy for the patients with asymptomatic cholecystolithiasis. |
