独活寄生汤加减配合温针灸治疗膝骨性关节炎临床疗效探讨

目的：研究独活寄生汤加减配合温针灸治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效.方法：选取膝骨性关节炎患者56例,随机分为对照组和观察组两组,每组28例.对照组患者口服塞来昔布胶囊治疗,观察组患者采用独活寄生汤加减配合温针灸治疗,评价比较两组患者的临床疗效.结果：经过治疗,观察组患者总有效率为96.42％,显著高于对照组的82.14％,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组患者无一例发生不良反应,对照组患者不良反应发生率为21.43％,两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：：采用独活寄生汤加减配合温针灸治疗膝骨性关节炎临床疗效显著,安全性高,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用.

Efficacy of Knee Osteoarthritis with the Modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction Combined with Acupuncture

Objective ： To study the clinical effect of the modified Duhuo jisheng decoction plus acupuncture on treating knee osteoar- thritis. Methods： 56 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients were randomly divided into two groups, 28 cases of each group. The control group was given Celecoxib capsule while the observation group was given Duhuo jisheng decoction plus acupuncture. Clinical efficacy of the two groups were evaluated. Results：The observation group total efficiency were 94.2% ,significantly higher than the control group 84.0% （P〈0.05）, The observation group adverse reaction was zero significantly lower than the control group21.43 %（P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The treatment of knee osteoarthritis using Duhuo jisheng decoction plus acupuncture was effective and has a good clinical safety.
