带脉理论在针刺治疗单纯性肥胖中临床应用

目的：探讨运用带脉理论针刺治疗单纯性肥胖症的临床疗效。方法：将100例单纯性肥胖患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,对照组患者采用常规针刺治疗,治疗组患者运用带脉理论进行针刺治疗,两组患者疗程均为30天,观察两组患者体重及体重指数变化情况。结果：治疗组总有效率为88.0%,优于对照组的70.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：运用带脉理论针刺治疗单纯性肥胖有较好的临床疗效。

Clinical Observation of Simple Obesity Treated with Acupuncture Using Theory of Ribbon

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture treating Simple Obesity with theory of ribbon vein.Methods：Totally 100 patients who consistent with the diagnostic standard of Simple Obesity were randomized into two groups.The treatment group,50 cases,was treated with acupuncture with theory of ribbon vein,and the control group,50 cases,was given the conventional methods of acupuncture.The weight and body mass index were assessed before and 30 days after treatment in both groups.Results：Total effective rate in the treatment group was 88.0%,and 70.0% in the control group.A statistical difference existed between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Satisfactory outcome is acquired in using theory of ribbon vein in the treatment of Simple Obesity.
