MMP-3在大肠腺瘤及大肠癌中的表达与临床意义

为探讨基质金属蛋白酶3（MMP-3）在大肠腺瘤及大肠癌中的表达与临床病理参数间的相关性，应用免疫组织化学方法检测MMP-3在20例大肠腺瘤和60例大肠癌中的表达。结果显示，（1）MMP-3在20例大肠腺瘤及60例大肠癌中，阳性表达率分别为10％和41．7％（P=0．031）。（2）MMP-3的阳性表达与淋巴结转移（P=0．017）呈正相关，与预后呈负相关。结果表明，MMP-3的上调表达可能参与了大肠癌的发生、发展、浸润及转移，对临床上判断预后具有较大意义。

MMP-3 Expression in Colorectal Adenoma and Colorectal Cancer and Its Clinical Significance

This study was to discuss the matrix metalloproteinall 3（MMP-3） expression in colorectal ade- noma and colorectal cancer and its correlation with clinicopathological parameters. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect MMP-3 expression in 20 cases of colorectal adenoma and 60 cases of colorectal cancer. The results showed that 1）the positive rate of MMP-3 expression was 10% and 41.7% respectively in 20 cases of colorectal adenoma and in 60 cases of colorectal cancer（ P =0. 031）. 2）the positive MMP-3 expres- sion was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis（ P = 0.017）, and negatively with prognosis. It is concluded that up-regulation of MMP-3 expression may be involved in the occurrence, development,infil- tration and metastasis of colorectal cancer,which is of great significance to judge prognosis.
