TST与PPH治疗重度混合痔的疗效比较

为比较选择性痔上黏膜切除术（TST）与吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）治疗重度混合痔的临床疗效，将100例重度混合痔患者随机分成治疗组和对照组，各50例，治疗组行TST，对照组行PPH，对比两组患者总体疗效、手术时间、住院时间及术后肛门疼痛、出血、尿潴留、肛门狭窄等并发症情况。结果显示，两组患者总体疗效、手术时间和住院时间比较差异均无统计学意义，P〉0．05；但治疗组在术后出血、尿潴留和肛门狭窄方面优于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，TST治疗重度混合痔总体疗效与PPH相当，但TST在术后并发症方面明显优于PPH。

Comparison on the Therapeutic Effect of TST and PPH for Severe Mixed Hemorrhoids

This study was to compare the therapeutic effect of tissue selecting therapy staple（TST） and procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids（PPH） for severe mixed hemorrhoids. The 100 patients with severe mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 50 cases for each one; treatment group received TST,control group received PPH;then whole curative effect, time for operation, hospitalization time, and postoperative complication status on pain of anus, bleeding, uroschesis, and anal stenosis,etc were compared between both groups. As results,in the former 3 items there was no statistical difference between both group（ P 〉0.05）, but in postoperative complication status of postoperative bleeding,uroschesis and anal stenosis treatment group was significantly superior to control group（ P 〈0.05）. Results show that in whole curative effect treatment group is similar to control group, but in postoperative complication status TST is significantly superior to PPH.
