结肠透析机用于结肠镜检查前肠道准备的效果

为探讨结肠透析机用于结肠镜检查前肠道准备的效果，将150例结肠镜检查者随机分为A、B两组，各75例，A组应用结肠透析机进行肠道准备，B组口服甘露醇进行肠道准备，对比观察两组患者肠道清洁度和不良反应。结果显示，（1）肠道清洁度：A组患者肠道清洁度（65／75，86．7％）明显高于B组（55／75，73．3％），P〈0．05。（2）不良反应：A组不良反应发生率（3／75，4．0％）明显低于B组（16／75，21．3％），P〈0．05。结果表明，应用结肠透析机对结肠镜检查者进行肠道准备肠道清洁度高、患者耐受性好、不良反应少，值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy of Colonic Dialyser Used in Intestinal Preparation before Colonoscopy

This study was to investigate the efficacy of colonic dialyser used in intestinal preparation before colonoscopy. The 150 patients to be subjected to colonoscopy were randomly divided into group A,B,75 cases for each one;group A adapted colonic dialyser,B orally administered Mannitol;then, the cleanliness and adverse reaction of both groups were observed and compared. Results show：1）on cleanliness, group A was significantly higher that group B（65/75,86.7% vs 55/75,73.3%, P 〈0.05） ;2）on the incidence of adverse reactions,group A was significantly lower that group B（3/75,4.0% vs 46/75,21.3% , P 〈0.05）. Results show that using dialyser for intestinal preparation can get higher cleanliness,less adverse reaction and patients have better tolerance, thus is worthy to be popularized to use.
