| 摘 要： | 用组织化学方法对青年、初老及老年S.D大鼠的睾丸进行了观察,发现SDH、GPDH、3β-HSDH、NSE、ATPase及5′-Nase等酶活性随增龄而减弱,但LDH略增强,这表明:大鼠随着年龄的增长睾丸的新陈代谢及生精活动出现明显的衰老变化。 |

| Abstract: | Age-related changes of the testis of the S.D rats in different age groups-young (5-7mth), presennile (12-15mth) and old (20-26mth) were studied histochemically. It was found that the activities of SDH, PDH, 3β-HSDH, NSE, 5'-Nase and ATPase decreased with aging but LDH increased slightly. The data indicate that there are obvious senile changes in the capacity of the spermatogenesis and the metabolism of the testis. |
