健康学生铁,锌,铜肾脏代谢研究

摘    要:
对健康学生44名血、尿中铁、锌、铜含量进行检测,并计算其肾小球滤过量、肾小管重吸收量、尿中排泄量、肾小管重吸收数和尿排泄分数。结果显示,3种元素滤过量的99.66%以上几乎全部被肾小管重吸收.尿中排出量不到1%,表明肾脏参与了3种元素的代谢过程,并在维持其体内的平衡状态起到重要调节作用。

Abstract:
Iron, zinc and copper concentrations in blood and urinc were determined in 44 healthy students. Glemerular filtration capacity, renal tubule reabsorption capacity and fraction, urinc exeretion capacity and fraction of these three elements were calculated. The results showed that nearly 99. 64% of the elements filtrated was reabsorbed by renal tubules and less than 1% of them was excreted in urine. It was suggested that kidney takcs part in the metabolism of these three clements and is an important reguleting organ to maintain the balance of the clements in the body. Determinations of five parameters of these three clements are very important in preventing their accumulation or deficiency in the body and in diagnosing and treating renal disease.
