喜炎平治疗小儿秋季腹泻63例疗效观察

目的：观察喜炎平注射液治疗小儿秋季腹泻的疗效和安全性。方法：将126例秋季腹泻患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各63例,两组均给予液体疗法等常规治疗。此外,对照组加用病毒唑治疗,治疗组加用喜炎平治疗。结果：（1）两组在退热和止泻所需时间比较,均有显著性差异,治疗组明显短于对照组（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。（2）治疗组的显效率为36.5%,显著优于对照组的19.1%（P〈0.05）。治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为90.5%和66.7%,两者比较,差异有非常显著性（P〈0.01）。未见明显副作用。结论：喜炎平治疗小儿秋季腹泻安全有效,值得临床推广。

Effect observation of Xiyanping Injection on autumnal diarrhea in 63 children

Objective:To investigate the effect of Xiyanping Injection in treatment of children's autumnal diarrhea and its safety.Methods:One hundred and twenty-six children with autumnal diarrhea were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Two groups received routine treatment including intravenously liquid supplement therapy. In addition, the control group was given intravenously virazol and the treatment group was given intravenously Xiyanping Injection. Results:The duration of fever and diarrhea in treatment group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The improving rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (36.5% vs 19.1%, P<0.05). The total effectiveness rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(90.9% vs 66.7%, P<0.01), and had few side effects occurred.Conclusion:Xiyanping Injection is effective and safe in treating children's autumnal diarrhea, and it can be widely used in clinic.
