摘    要:目的:研究血小板膜CD62P表达率在冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术前和术后的变化。方法:检测60例急性心肌梗塞患者行PCI术前、术后即刻和术后7d的血小板膜CD62P表达率。结果:血小板膜CD62P表达率术前为(17.83±7.67)%、术后即刻降为(13.82±4.85)%.术后7d再降为(10.28±3.24)%.术前与术后即刻的CD62P表达率及术后即刻与术后7d的CD62P表达率均有显著差异(P均〈0.05)。结论:PCI术后血小板膜CD62P表达率较术前明显下降,重建闭塞冠脉血运和抗血小板治疗能减轻心血管事件中的炎症反应。

Abstract:Objective: To study the CD62P expression of platelets after PCI. Methods: The platelet CD62P expression of 60 cases of acute myocardial infarction undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) treatment were detected before, immediately and 7 days after PCL Results: Preoperative platelet membrane CD62P expression rate was (17.83± 7.67) %. Platelet membrane CI)62P expression rate immediately decreased to ( 13.82 ± 4.85 )% after PC1, and 7 days after PCI decreased to (10.28± 3.24)%. Preoperative and postoperative CD62P expression rate was significantly different (P〈0, 05); it was also significantly different (P〈0.05) between immediately after and 7 days after PCI. Conclusion: PCI postoperative platelet CD62P expression rate significantly decreases compared with that of preoperative. Reconstruction of occluded coronary blood flow and anti-platelet therapy can reduce inflammatory response in cardiovascular events.
