完善病案复印 改善医患关系

《医疗机构病历管理规定》存在一些未详细说明的问题，如什么是有效身份证明，什么年份的病案可以复印等？这不仅影响医院为患者提供病历复印工作，更影响和谐医患关系，造成医患关系紧张；因此，一方面要完善《医疗机构病历管理规定》，另一方面，医院应利用出院记录等医疗文件进行详尽的告知义务，同时，应将住院检验、影像报告单一式两份，一份贴于病案中，一份直接给病人，这样能极大的方便患者，改善医患关系。

There exist some faults in The Administrative Regulations of the Medical Records. For example： what are the valid identity documents and the medical records in which years can be copied？ It does not only hinder duplication of the medical record, but also influence the relationship between the care- provides and patients. Thus, on one hand, we should perfect the policy of the duplication of the medical record; on the other hand, the hospital should inform patients the process and attention for the duplication of the medical records. At the same time, a copy of the laboratory report and image report should be given to the patient, while another copy should be pasted in the medical record. It is very convenient to the patients and can improve the relationship between the care- provider and patients.
