成都地区中老年人群骨密度调查

目的 分析成都地区中老年人骨密度（Ｂｏｎｅ ｍｉｎｃｒａｌ ｄｅｎｓｉｔｙ ＢＭＤ）及骨质疏松（Ｏｓｔｅｏｐｏｒｏｓｉｓ，ＯＰ）患病率变化规律，为骨质疏松预防提供科学依据。方法 分别对长期居住在成都市内和农村的４０岁以上的人群进行整群随机抽样，抽取样本共１１９６人，准确记录其性别和年龄，并用美国Ｌｕｎａｒ公司的ＤＥＸＡ测受试Ｌ２～４反而上升表现。同龄男性ＢＭＤ大于女性ＢＭＤ。女性ＢＭＤ大于农村女

Investigation of bone mineral density in middle-aged and aged people in Chengdu

Objective To analyse the regularities of changes in bone mineral density( BMD) and prevalence rate of osteoporosis( OP) in middle- aged and aged people in Chengdu,and provide scientific basis for prevention of OP.Methods1196random samples were obtained from people over40 years old who had lived in Chengdu city and countryside over a long period.Their sex and age were correctly recorded.BMD of L2 -4 and upper femur was examined by the DEXA,then compared and statistically an- alyzed.Results The BMD decreased with aging but increased in the80 year old group.The BMD of males was higher than that of females of the same age.The BMD of females in the city was higher than that of females in countryside.The prevalence rate of OP increased with aging,and thatin females in the countryside was higher than that of females in the city.There was a big increase in the 5 0 year old group.The prevalence rate of OP in Chengdu is higher than that in the North China. Conclusions The people in Chengdu need more exercises and enhance the outdoor activites.Intervention measures should be taken and knowledge of osteoporosis prevention should be spread among 5 0 year old females or menopausal women,especially the people in the countryside.
