复合树脂夹板治疗慢性牙周病的研究

目的探讨复合树脂夹板治疗慢性牙周炎的疗效.方法对于牙周炎导致Ⅱ0松动的患牙采用在舌侧外形高点处开沟、钢丝埋入复合树脂充填,夹板固定的方法,治疗了37例患者.结果经过2a的临床观察有效率达86.5%.结论该方法将松动牙连成一个整体,减小了各牙的动度和应力,提高了患者的咀嚼效率,有效地控制了慢性牙周病的发展.

Study on treating chronic periodontitis with composite resin

Objective: To study the efficiency of composite resin in treating periodontits. Methods:For the teeth in which periodontitis had resulted in 2 degree of loose ness, the author adopted a method of opening a grove on the tongue of the teeth,covering it with a steel wire and fixing with composite resin.Thirty-seven patients were treated.Results: We observed the patients for two years.Effect rate amounted to 86.5%.Conclusion:The loose teeth were linked into a whole unit by the method,stabilizing loose teeth and stress,improving the chew function and efficiently controlling periodontitis.
