地塞米松与硫酸镁联用湿敷预防盖诺所致静脉炎的效果

目的:探讨用地塞米松与50%硫酸镁溶液联用湿敷预防盖诺所致静脉炎的效果。方法:将使用盖诺的患者按入院先后顺序随机分为试验组21例和对照组20例,患者进行4个疗程的化疗,试验组在滴注盖诺时用地塞米松加入50%硫酸镁溶液湿敷,对照组用50%硫酸镁溶液湿敷。结果:试验组静脉炎发生率为4.09%,疼痛程度评分为(2.60±1.05)分;对照组静脉炎发生率为20.86%,疼痛程度评分为(5.72±2.41)分,两组比较有统计学差异。结论:用地塞米松与50%硫酸镁溶液联用湿敷预防盖诺所致静脉炎发生效果好。

Effect of dexamethasone combined with magnesium sulfate wet compress to prevent phlebitis caused by vinorelbine

Objective ： To explore the effection of prevention phlebitis caused by vinorelbine which using dexarnethasone add in 50% magnesium sulfate wet compress. Methods：The patients used vinorelbine were divided into the experimental group （21 cases） and the control group （20 eases） randomly according to the order of admission. Each person had 4 courses of chemotherapy. The experimental group used dexamethasone added 50% magnesium sulfate wet com- press while infusing vinorelbine. And the control group just used 50% magnesium sulfate. Results：The rate of suffering phlebitis of the experimental group was 4.09 %, pain scores was （2.60 ± 1.05 ）. The control group phlebitis incidence was 20.86%, the degree of pain score was （ 5.72 ± 2.41 ）, there was significant difference between two groups. Conclusion：Using dexamethasone add in 50% magnesium sulfate wet compress the venipuncture can significantly reduce the incidence of phlebitis caused by vinorelbine.
