饮食日记对改善血液透析护理质量指标的影响

目的:观察饮食日记的健康教育方式对改善血液透析患者护理质量指标的影响。方法:将2011年1～10月门诊维持性血液透析患者80例随机分成两组,对照组采用传统发放宣教资料并予口头健康教育的健康教育方式,观察组采用填写饮食日记的方式进行健康教育。观察两组患者的各项护理质量指标,共观察10个月。结果:观察组较对照组的各项护理质量指标明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用饮食日记能较好地提高患者的生活质量,让患者主动参与自我护理,改善护理质量。

Effect of diet diary on improving the hemodlalysis nursing quality index

Objective：To observe the effect of health education methods diet diary on improving blood dialysis patients nursing quality index. Methods：We collected 80 cases of maintenance hemodialysis outpatients from January to October in 2011 ,and divided them into two groups randomly. The control group used the traditional education way of sending educational material and oral education ,while the observation group used the way of keeping a diet diary. Then we observed the different of nursing quality indexes between two groups. Results：Compared with the control group,the nursing quality indexes of the observation group improved significantly, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： Application of diet diary can improve the quality of life patients＇ life,to let patients actively participate in self care, to improve the nursing quality.
