金匮肾气丸治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘55例疗效观察

目的观察金匮肾气丸治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的临床效果。方法随机将112例CVA患儿分为研究组55例和对照组57例,对照组应用布地奈德+特布他林雾化吸入,研究组在对照组基础上加服金匮肾气丸治疗。测定治疗前后肺活量(FVC)、第1s末用力呼气量(FEV1)和呼气峰流速百分比(PEF%),统计两组的治疗效果,随访3年,记录症状、体征、发作频次和典型哮喘转化率。结果 (1)FEV1与PEF%治疗后组间比较差异有统计意义(P0.05或P0.01)。(2)研究组治愈、有效、无效率分别是36.36%、49.09%和14.55%;对照组分别是21.05%、45.61%和33.33%,Z=-2.468,P=0.014,差异有统计意义。(3)6个月疗程结束后研究组和对照组复发率分别是21.82%和40.35%,χ2=4.475,P=0.034,差异有统计意义。(4)3年典型哮喘转化率研究组和对照组分别是14.55%和33.33%,χ2=5.400,P=0.020,差异有统计意义。结论金匮肾气丸能明显改善CVA患儿肺通气功能,减少症状复发和典型哮喘转化率。

Jinkui Shenqi Pills for children cough variant asthma: an observation of 55 cases

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Jinkui Shenqi Pills in the treatment of childhood cough variant asthma.Methods 112 cases of children with cough-variant asthma were randomly divided into research group（55 cases） and control group（57 cases）.The research group basis of bdesonide combined with terbutaline inhalation was added Jinkui Shenqi Pills,and the control group were conventional treated.The lung function such as forced vital capacity（FVC）,forced expiratory volume（FEV1）,peak expiratory flow（PEF） was checked.The recurrence frequency of symptom and transformation rates of typical asthma were recorded by follow-up for 3 years.Results（1） FEV1 and PEF between two groups was statistically significant（P 0.05 or P 0.01）.（2） Cure,improve and no offect rates were 33.36 %,49.09 % and 14.55 % in research group,and 21.05 %,45.61 % and 33.33 % in control group,respectively,Z =-2.468,P = 0.014.（3） Recurrence rates of research group and control group were 21.82 % and 40.35 % after treatment,respectively,χ2 = 4.475,P = 0.034.（4） Transformation rates of typical asthma of research group and control groupwere 14.55 % and 33.33 % for 3 years,respectively,χ2 = 5.400,P = 0.020.Conclusion JinkuiShenqi Pills can remarkablly improve the lung function,and decrease recurrence and transformation rates of typical asthma.
