头孢噻肟钠皮试液稳定性考察

摘    要:目的:考察头孢噻肟钠皮试液稳定性。方法:采用经典恒温加速试验法及留样观察法,考察头孢噻肟钠皮试液外观、pH值及紫外光谱的变化,用紫外分光光度法测定头孢噻肟钠的含量。结果:恒温加速试验25℃时预测其有效期为3d;留样观察试验装置1周,药品降解9.8%。结论:本品稳定性较差,室温避光保存不宜超过3d。

Abstract:Objective: To study the stability of cefotaxime sodium intracutaneous injection. Methods: The stability, appearance,pH and UV absorption spectrum was studied by accelerated testing and long-term testing. Results: There were no significant changes in pH and appearance. Cefotaxime sodium concentration droped to 90.2% at room temperature after one week. Conclusions: The stability of cefotaxime sodium intracutaneous injection is not good. Under the storage conditions of room temperature and avoiding sunlight, the favourable storage life should not be more than 3 days.
