阴道分泌物910例检验结果分析

目的通过对910例正常健康人群妇女体检中阴道分泌物涂片的检验结果分析,了解病原菌检出率、病原菌分布及阴道分泌物清洁度情况。方法将910例患者按年龄分为25～34、35～44、45～54、≥55岁等四组采集阴道分泌物行革兰染色在显微镜下查白假丝酵母菌、滴虫、加德纳菌。结果910例阴道分泌物涂片165例检出病原菌,阳性检出率18.13%;以加德纳菌为主,占14.07%,其次是假丝酵母菌和滴虫分别为3.74%和0.22%。各年龄组（25～34岁组,35～44岁组,45～54岁组,≥55岁组）合计阴道炎的发生率分别为28.95%（22/76）、45.14%（79/175）、57.60%（216/375）、67.61%（192/284）,细菌性阴道病的发生率45～54岁组最高（16.80%）,非特异性阴道炎的发生率≥55岁组最高（52.11%）。清洁度Ⅳ度时病原菌检出率最高,其次为Ⅲ度、Ⅱ度,清洁度为Ⅰ度时未检出病原菌。结论细菌性阴道病和非特异性阴道炎是常见阴道感染性疾病,围绝经期及绝经期女性多见。

Study on test results of vaginal secretion in 910 cases

Objective To analyze the positive rate and distribution of pathogenic bacteria and the clean degree in vaginal secretion samples of 910 women.Methods Gram-stained vaginal secretion samples were examined by microscopy.The test items included white monilia,trichomonas vaginalis and gardnerella,as well as vaginal clean degree.Results Pathogenic bacteria were detected in 165 of 910 samples,with a positive rate of 18.13%.Gardnerella,white monilia and trichomonas vaginalis accounted for 14.07%,3.74% and 0.22%,respectively.In different age groups,vaginitis morbidity was 28.95%（22/76） in 25-34 ages,45.14%（79/175） in 35-44 ages,57.45%（216/376） in 45-54 ages,and 67.61%（192/284） in ≥55 ages.The morbidity of bacterial vaginosis of 45-54 ages was 16.76%,higher than any of the other groups.The morbidity of nonspecific vaginitis was 52.11% in ≥55 ages,higher than any of the other groups.In descending order,the pathogenic positive rate existed in the clean degree of Ⅳ,Ⅲ and Ⅱ,respectively.There were no pathogenic bacteria in the clean degree of Ⅰ.Conclusion Bacterial vaginosis and nonspecific vaginitis are common genital infections,especially in perimenopausal and menopausal women.
