| 摘 要： | 目的观察按压特定按压点减轻肌肉注射疼痛的护理疗效。方法将160例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组80人。对照组肌肉注射后按常规处理,观察组常规肌肉注射后配合特定按压点按压处理。肌肉注射时,观察并记录疼痛的程度。结果观察组轻中度疼痛居多,与对照组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用按压特定按压点缓解肌肉注射疼痛疗效显著,值得在临床推广。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the nursing efficacy of pressing a specific point to alleviate the pain of intramuscular injection. Methods One hundred and sixty patients with intramuscular injection were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 80 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received conventional nursing after intramuscular injection, while patients in the observation group received nursing of pressing a specific point after intramuscular injection. The level of pain was recorded during injection. Results The number of patients with mild-to-moderate pain in observation group was more than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Pressing a specific point to alleviate the pain of intramuscular injection has significant effect, which is worthy of clinical application. |
