护理干预在肺癌患者化疗中的作用

目的探讨护理干预在肺癌患者化疗中的作用。方法选择2009年3月～2010年8月的肺癌化疗患者720例，随机分成观察组和对照组各360例。对照组接受常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上在给予护理干预，比较两组患者的不良反应发生率和患者满意度。结果观察组患者满意度高于对照组，且不良反应发生率低于对照组，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论护理干预可以提高肺癌化疗患者的满意度，减少不良反应的发生。

Nursing role of chemotherapy in lung cancer patients

Objective To explore the nursing intervention of chemotherapy in lung cancer patients. Methods From March 2009 to August 2010,720 cases of chemotherapy for lung cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 360 cases in each group. Patients in control group received routine care, and patients were given nurse intervention based on the routine care in observation group. The incidence of adverse reactions in patients and patient＇s satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results There was significant difference between two groups with higher patient＇s satisfaction and less adverse reactions in the observation group than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Nursing intervention may improve patient＇s satisfaction for chemotherapy for lung cancer, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
