| 摘 要： | 目的探讨一种治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎较理想的手术方法。方法鼻内镜下鼻甲黏膜下成形术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎100例。结果术后随访1～2年,显效76例（76％）,有效20例（20％）,无效4例（4％）,总有效率96％。无并发症发生。结论下鼻甲黏膜下成形术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎是一种较理想的手术方法,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the method of surgical management of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis. Methods 100 case of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis were treated with endocopic surgery. Results By the end of following up period casted for 1 -2 years, 76 cases were significantly effective,20 case improved and 4 case ineffective, with a total effective rate of 96%. Conclusion The method of submucosal partial resection of the inferior turbinate in treating chronic hypertrophic rhinitis is a good and shortcut way, and it could be a choice of clinic. |
