| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜阑尾切除术的手术技巧。方法回顾性分析笔者所在医院近3年来237例腹腔镜阑尾切除患者的临床资料。其中常规腹腔镜阑尾切除术153例，改良腹腔镜阑尾切除术84例。结果两组均无严重并发症，常规组和改良组的手术时间及术后切口感染率分别为（43．00±12．35）min、（25．00±8．84）min和4（2．61）、0（0．00）。结论改良腹腔镜阑尾切除术安全、快速、术后切1：3感染率低，值得推广。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the surgical methods and techniques of laparoscopic appendctomy （LA）. Methods The data of 237 cases with appendicitis were retrospectively analyzed. Among of them, 153cases recepted LA; 84cases recepted ameliorative laparoscopic appendctomy （ALA）. Results None occurred serious postoperative complications in two groups,The mean operating time and the rate of wound infections was 43 ± 12.35,26 ± 9.56 （minutes） and 4 （ 2. 61% ） ,0 （0.00%）, respectively. Conclusion ALA is secure, available, and rapider, has lower rate of postoperative infection than LA. |
