C-反应蛋白监测对急诊手术后的意义探讨

目的探讨急诊手术后CRP特征改变及早期诊断价值。方法对35例急诊手术后患者分别手术前、手术后,2d,1、2周以及4周进行CRP分析。结果所有患者术后均出观不同程度的CRP值,与术前相比有显著性差异（P〈0．01）,感染组与非感染组同期比较没有统计学差异（P〉0．05）。结论CRP是早期诊断急诊手术后患者感染的一种简单,有效和经济的术后常筛选检查指标,且动态监测时间越长,升高越快,诊断价值越大。
