| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨高血压性脑出血的临床特点、手术方式及时机.方法 对70例高血压性脑出血患者根据出血的类型、出血量及病程采用因型施治的手术方案.结果 本组70例患者,发病90 d后存活61例,其中ADL Ⅰ级11例,ADL Ⅱ级21例,ADL Ⅲ级17例,ADL Ⅳ级7例,ADL Ⅴ级5例;死亡9例,死亡率12.9%.结论 采用因型施治的手术方案能够提高患者的生存率及存活患者的生存质量. |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics, operative methods and timing of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods According to the types, volume and course of hemorrhage, determination of surgical treatment was based on the differentiation of type of hemorrhage. Results Among the 70 patients,61 eases survived after 90 days, ADL I （11 cases）,ADL II （21 cases）,ADL III（17 cases）,ADL IV（7 cases）,ADL V （5 cases）; 9 eases died,and mortality rate was 12.9%. Conclusion Determination of surgical treatment based on the differentiation of type of hemorrhage could improve survival rate and life quality of survivors. |
