开胸患者围手术期呼吸道护理

目的探讨开胸患者围手术期呼吸道的护理方法。方法对行开胸手术450例患者，根据行开胸手术的护理要点，给予患者心理安慰及精神上的支持，对患者进行术前、术后相关知识指导，使患者增强战胜疾病的信心，积极预防肺部感染的发生，并对护理效果进行评价。结果450例患者中有24例患者发生不同程度的肺部感染，1例患者行气管切开，1例患者呼吸衰竭死亡。结论认真做好术前、术后呼吸道的管理，对确保手术成功、术后恢复、预防或减少肺部感染的发生、减轻患者痛苦都具有重要意义。

The respiratory tract nursing of thoracic patients during perioperative period

Objective To explore the methods of respiratory tract nursing of thoracic operation patients who were in perioperative period. Methods Afford psychological nursing and spiritual supporting to 450 patients, according to the key point of nursing on thoracotomy. Teach the related knowledge of preoperation and postoperation. Enhance the confidence of these patients to defeat their illness. Prevent pulmonary infection actively and evaluate the effect of nursing management. Resuits 24 patients met with pulmonary infection and 1 patient died with respiratory failure. Conclusion Get done with the nursing management of preoperation and postoperation in earnest are very important to ensure the patients＇s success of operation, recovery, preventing pulmonary infection and alleviating pain.
