阿莫西林／克拉维酸钾治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎疗效观察

目的观察阿莫两林／克拉维酸钾治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的疗效。方法慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者158例，随机分为2组，观察组76例，对照组82例，分别口服阿莫西林／克拉维酸钾、克拉霉素治疗2周，根据患者症状、体征的改善情况进行疗效评估。结果观察组患者症状评价为显效49例（65．3％），有效21例（28．O％），无效5例（6．7％），体征评价为显效42例（56．0％），有效28例（37．3％），无效5例（6．7％），1例因过敏反应中断治疗，总有效率为93．3％。对照组患者症状评价为显效51例（62．2％），有效25例（30．5％），无效6例（7．3％），体征评价为显效47例（57．3％），有效29例（35．4％），无效6例（7．3％），总有效率为92．7％。两组在疗效上差异无统计学意义（P值均〉0．05）。不良反应观察组和对照组分别出现19例（25．0％）和34例（41．5％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论阿莫西林／克拉维酸钾治疗慢性鼻一鼻窦炎有效，尤其是控制急性发作期症状，短期治疗效果与克拉霉素没有明最差异。

The curative effect observation of treatment in chronic rhinosinusitis by amoxicillin/clavulanate potassium

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Amoxicillin/Clavulanate Potassium in treating chronic rhinosinusitis（CRS）. Methods All 158 patients who suffer CRS at out - patient clinic from January 2007 to December 2008 were randomly divided into two groups：treatment group and control group. The treatment group which had 76 patients was administered Amoxicillin/Clavulanate Potassium, but the control group which had 82 patients was administered Clarithromyein. Follow up all the patients at 2 - week. Results In the treatment group, in clinical symptoms, 49 cases were successfully cured ,21 cases improved and 5 cases showed no effect, and scanning by nasal endoscopy, 42 cases were successfully cured ,28 cases improved and 5 cases showed no effect. A patient stopped treating because of anaphylaxis. In the control group, in clini- cal symptoms,51 cases were successfully cured,25 cases improved and 6 cases showed no effect, and scanning by nasal endos- copy, 47 cases were successfully cured ,29 cases improved and 6 patients showed no effect. There were no significant differ- ences for curative effect between the two groups（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The treatment group and control group had 19 cases and 34 cases respectively in adverse reaction, and there were significant differences for adverse reaction rbetween the two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Amoxicillin/Clavulanate Potassium has good curative effect in treating CRS, especially in controlling the acute phase symptoms, and there were no significant differences between Amoxicillin/Clavulanate Potassium and Clarithromycin in short term curative effect.
