| 摘 要： | 目的]观察独活寄生汤治疗肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘源性腰痛疗效。方法]使用前瞻性设计方法，对60例门诊患者使用独活寄生汤（独活、防风、川芎、牛膝各6g，桑寄118g，秦艽、杜仲、当归、茯苓、党参各12g，熟地黄15g，白芍10g，细辛、甘草各3g，肉桂煽冲2g），1次／d，水煎100mL，早晚口服。连续治疗15dgsl疗程。观测临床症状、VAS评分、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程，判定疗效。结果]1级15例，2级38例，3级5例，4级2例，总满意率88．33％。VAS评分明显降低（P〈0．01）。结论]独活寄生汤治疗肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘源性腰痛，疗效满意，无副作用，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective] To observed the effect that duhuojisheng decoction treat the Deficiency of liver and kidney type discogenic back pain. Methods ] Using a prospective design method, 60 cases of Outpatient take duhuojishengdecoction （Duhuo, Fangfeng, Chuanxiong, Niuxige6g, Sangjisheng 18g, Qinqiu, Duzhong, Danggui, Fuling, Dangcan ge 12g, Shudihuang 15g, Baishao 10g, Xixin, Gancao ge 3g, Rougui juchong 2g ）, 1 agent/d, fried in water 100mL, oral in morning and evening. Continuous treatment 15 days as 1 Course of treatment, then observation of clinical symptoms, VAS score, Continuous treatment 3 Course and judge the curative effect. Results ] Level 1 of 15 cases , level 2 of 38 cases, level 3 of 5 cases, level 4 of 2 cases, The total satisfactory rate is 88.33%.VAS score Reduce After treatment is better than before treatment （ P〈0.01 ） . Conclusion ] Duhuojisheng decoction treat the Deficiency of liver and kidney type discogenic back pain have Satisfying effect and no side effect, it is Worthy of promotion. |
