柴胡疏肝散联合西药治疗胆汁反流性胃炎随机平行对照研究

目的]观察柴胡疏肝散联合西药治疗胆汁反流性胃炎疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将64例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号分为两组。对照组32例洛赛克胶囊,20mg/次,2次/d,早晚餐前1h口服;吗丁啉片,10mg/次,3次/d,三餐前口服。治疗组32例柴胡疏肝散,柴胡15g,陈皮12g,枳壳12g,香附子10g,白芍12g,炙甘草6g,元胡12g,白术12g,党参30g。肝胃不和加川楝子、佛手、焦三仙;肝胃郁热加龙胆草、茵陈、石膏;脾虚气滞加黄芪、木香;气滞血瘀型加川芎、三七、丹参。水煎200mL,早晚口服。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组治愈20例,显效10例,无效2例,总有效率93.8%。对照组治愈7例,显效17例,无效8例,总有效率75.0%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论]参四方煎剂在治疗顽固性腹泻方面效果显著,并且能改善肠道有益菌群,有助于更好地治疗腹泻,值得在临床上广泛推广。

Chaihu Shugan Powder combined Western Medicine Treatment of Bile Reflux Gastritis Randomized Controlled Study

Objective]To observe Shensifang decoction for chronic intractable diarrhea of clinical curative effect.Methods]Randomized controlled method,80 patients were randomly divided into two groups by random number table.The control group of 40 patients with Shen Ling Baizhu Pill with Sishen Pill treatment.The treatment group of 40 patients,using the the treatment of Shensifang decoction,medicinal Fuling 30g,Dangshen 12g,Jiegeng 6g,Shanyao 15g,Paojiang 9g,Buguzhi 12g,Roudoukou 9g,Wuweizi 12g,Pao Fuzi9g,Wuzhuyu 6g. They were treated for a course of treatment,each course of four weeks to determine efficacy.Results]Treatment group,28 cases were cured,8 cases were markedly effective,3 cases were effective,1case were invalid,the total efficiency of 97.50%. Control group,12 cases were cured,7 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,13 cases were invalid,the total effective rate of 67.50%. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group（P 0.05）,significantly better than the control group and the treatment group improved intestinal flora.Conclusion]Ginseng decoction in the treatment of intractable diarrhea Quartet effect,and can improve the beneficial intestinal flora,contribute to a better treatment of diarrhea. Worth in clinical widely.
