针药并举辨证分型治疗类风湿性关节炎

类风湿性关节炎辨证分型急性期多为风寒湿痹（清热燥湿、健脾除痹、祛风除湿、健脾散寒,兼以活血通络）、风湿热痹（清热燥湿、健脾除痹）,后期,病久多见痰瘀互结（活血化瘀、祛痰通络）、阳虚寒凝（温肾助阳、散寒止痛）;针灸选穴,主穴大椎、腰阳关、命门、风池、合谷、足三里、百会,根据疼痛部位循经选穴及相应阿是穴,使营卫调和邪气无所依存,风邪偏盛,取血海、风门、膈俞祛风活血,寒邪偏盛,取肾俞、关元,益火之源,振奋阳气以驱寒,湿邪偏盛,取阴陵泉、阳陵泉、足三里健脾除湿。治风勿忘治血,血行而风自灭,血瘀重取皮肤针重扣关节病痛部位,出血少许,加拔火罐;局部疼痛,局部选穴,如腕痛取外关、阳溪、腕骨;腰痛取腰夹脊、大肠俞;踝痛取申脉、照海、昆仑。平补平泻法,留针30min,针刺得气后,电针刺激局部穴位,尤其初次治疗者,多可疼痛症状消失,1次/d。
