| 摘 要： | 目的：观察强力抗炎解热颗粒对小儿外感高热的退热作用。方法：将１６６例患者随机分为Ａ、Ｂ两组。Ａ组８６例,为强力抗炎解热颗凿治疗组;Ｂ组８０例,为西药常规用药组。分别观察组的退热时间、症状、体征等改善的情况。结果：强力一治疗 在退热、抗炎等方面明显优于西药常规对照组（Ｂ组）Ｐ〈０．０５。结论：强力抗炎解热 具有高铲、速效退热作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:to observe the fever reducing function of qiangli anti inflammatory and anti pyretic granule on infantile exopathic high fever .Method:166 cases were divided into group A,including 86 cases of qiangli anti inflammatory and antipyretic treatment group,and group B,including 80 cases of western medicine group at random.And improvement of fever reducing time ,symptoms and signs were respectively observed in both groups.Result:Qiangli anti inflammatary and antipyretic treatment group (group A) was superior to western medicine group (grioup B)in such conditions as fever reduction and anti inflammation.Conclusion:Qiangli anti inflammatory and anti pyretic granule had the fever reducing function with high and quick effect. |
