坤泰胶囊治疗高催乳素血症的临床观察

目的：观察坤泰胶囊治疗高催乳素血症的临床疗效。方法：将40例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为2组,观察组20例,用坤泰胶囊治疗;对照组20例,用溴隐亭治疗。30d为1疗程,连服3～6个疗程。比较两组患者体内血PRL水平。结果：停药时,观察组血PRL与对照组相比无显著差异（P〉0.05）;两组有效率相比无显著差异（P〉0.05）;停药3个月后,观察组血PRL低于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组用药时,观察组副作用发生率低于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：使用坤泰胶囊治疗高催乳素血症其远期疗效优于溴隐亭,复发率与副作用发生率均低于溴隐亭。

The Clinical Observation of Cure Hyperprolactinemia with Kuntai Capsule

Objective ： To investigate the curative effect of HPRL patients after using KunTai capsule. Methods ： 40 patients are devided into 2 groups, 20 patients are observe group, using the KunTai capsule; 20 patients are contrast group using Bromocriptine. A period of treatment is 30 days, take medicines for 3 -6 periods of treatment. Compare with the two groups＇PRL. Results： After using medicines, the two groupsPRL and effect rate are as same as each other （P 〉0.05） ; After using medicines for 3 months, the observe group＇s PRL is lower than the contrast group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Using the medicines, the side effect of the observe group is lower than the contrast group＇s （P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Kuntai capsule＇s far effect is better than Bromocriptine, it＇s recur rate and side effect are lower than Bromocriptine.
