Abstract:
Tendinopathy is a common disease among the world, and whether repair operation or not, calcification of tendon, is one of the most common complications. Although the mechanism of tendon calcification is unclear, some evidences demonstrated that this pathological change may be related to the abnormal osteogenic differentiation of exogenous or endogenous stem cells in tendon tissue. Recently, lncRNA has become a research hotspot of regulating the osteogenic differentiation of stem-cell in tendon tissue,which also provides a new method to solve the corresponding clinical problems. This article reviews the mechanism of lncRNA regulating the osteogenic differentiation of stem cells from different sources, in order to find a new research direction and target for the treatment of abnormal osteogenic differentiation of tendon tissue.
