丹红注射液对急性冠脉综合征患者hs-CRP、Fbg及vWF的影响

目的观察丹红注射液对急性冠脉综合征（ACS）患者的高敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、纤维蛋白原（Fbg）及血管性血友病因子（vWF）的影响。方法采用随机、对照方法将80例ACS患者常规治疗下分为丹红注射液治疗组42例和非丹红注射液组38例,另选35例正常健康者作为对照组。5%葡萄糖或生理盐水250ml加入丹红注射液30ml,静脉滴注,1次/d,共用2周。观察治疗前后2周血黏度、hs-CRP、Fbg及vWF的变化。结果 ACS患者的血黏度、血浆hs-CRP、vWF及Fbg水平较正常对照组明显增高。丹红注射液组与非丹红注射液治疗组在2周后其hs-CRP、Fbg及vWF水平皆明显下降,丹红注射液组较非丹红注射液组下降得更明显。结论丹红注射液对于ACS患者不仅能够有效地降低血黏度,而且还具有降低hs-CRP、Fbg及vWF的作用。

Effect of Danhong Injection on the High-Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein, Fibrinogen and Von Willebrand Factor in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome

Objective To explore the effect of Danhong injection on the high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）,fibrinogen（Fbg） and von Willebrand factor（vWF）in patients with acute coronary syndrome（ACS）.Methods 80 patients with ACS with conventional therapy were randomized divided into Danhong injection group（42 cases）and non-Danhong injection group（38 cases）.Other 35 cases of normal healthy volunteers were set as control group.30 ml Danhong injection was joined with 250 ml 5% glucose or saline injection for intravenous infusion,once a day for two weeks.Before treatment and after two weeks,the levels of blood viscosity,hs-CRP,Fbg and vWF changes were observed.Results The blood viscosity,plasma levels of hs-CRP,Fbg and vWF in ACS patients were significantly higher than those of the normal control group.The levels of hs-CRP,Fbg and vWF were significantly decreased both in Danhong injection group and non-Danhong injection group after two weeks.Compared with non-Danhong injection group,these levels decreased more significantly in Danhong injection.Conclusion For ACS patients,Danhong injection can not only effectively reduces blood viscosity,but also can reduce hs-CRP,Fbg and vWF level.
