安胃汤治疗消化性溃疡临床观察

目的:观察安胃汤对消化性溃疡的临床疗效以及对患者血清EGF、ET-1水平表达的影响。方法:消化性溃疡患者80例随机分成治疗组和对照组,分别给予安胃汤免煎剂和旺胃宝胃灵颗粒治疗,疗程均为8周。结果:安胃汤组的临床疗效优于旺胃宝胃灵颗粒组(P<0.01);两组治疗后均能显著提高患者血清ECF水平,降低ET-1的表达(P<0.01),但治疗组和对照组比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:安胃汤治疗消化性溃疡疗效优于旺胃宝颗粒,提高患者血清EGF水平,降低血清ET-1的表达是其作用机制之一。

Clinical Observation on Anwei Decoction in Treatment of Peptic Ulcer

Objective: To observe the curative effects of Anwei Decoction on patients with peptic ulcer(PU) and its influences on the expression of serum EGF and ET-1.Methods: 80 cases of PU were randomly allocated into the treatment and the control groups to receive,for a period of 8 weeks,the boil-free Anwei Decoction or Wangwei Baowei Ling Granule.The curative effects and changes in serum EGF and ET-1 were observed for both groups.Results: Anwei Decoction showed better curative effects in treating PU than Wangwei Baowei Ling Granule(P<0.01).The serum level of EGF significantly increased,while the EF-1 expression(P<0.01) reduced in each group after the treatment.But the difference between the two groups was statistically significant at P<0.01.Conclusions: Anwei Decoction could yield more desirable curative effects than Wangwei Baowei Ling Granule in the treatment of PU by increasing the serum level of EGF and reducing the expression of ET-1.
