药学服务干预对于慢性病患者用药疗效与用药依从性的影响

目的：探讨在慢性病患者的治疗过程中采用合适的药学服务干预方法对于患者用药疗效和用药依从性的影响。方法：本研究选取2011年10月-2013年5月本院收治的650例慢性疾病患者，按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各325例。观察组采用相关措施对患者用药进行药学服务干预，对照组给予常规用药指导，观察比较两组患者的治疗效果和干预开始后半年内的用药依从性变化。结果：通过开展积极的药学服务干预措施，观察组6个月后的治疗总有效率83.1%明显高于对照组的61.2%（P〈0.05），而干预后1~6个月的问卷调查显示，观察组各时期的用药依从性评分均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：强化药学服务干预在慢性病患者的治疗过程中有积极的意义，可以显著提高患者的用药疗效和用药依从性，值得在临床上推广。

The Influence of Pharmaceutical Care Intervention for Chronic Patients with Drug Efficacy and Medication Adherence

Objective：To investigate the influence of using appropriate pharmaceutical care intervention for chronic patients with drug efficacy and medication adherence in the process of treatment.Method：650 chronic patients in our hospital from October 2011 to May 2013 were selected,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,325 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with pharmaceutical care intervention through relevant measures for patients with medication,the control group was given conventional medication guide,the treatment effect and compliance change within six months after the start of the intervention between the two groups were observed and compared.Result：Through conducting aggressive pharmacy services interventions,the total efficiency of treatment in observation group after six months was 83.1%,it was significantly higher than 61.2%of control group（P〈0.05）,while after intervention survey a month to six months showed that,medication compliance score in each period of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Strengthening pharmaceutical care intervention has positive significance in the course of treatment in patients with chronic diseases,can significantly improve the drug efficacy and medication adherence,is worthy of clinical promotion.
