摘    要:
荧光分光光度分析和荧光显微镜观察表明,腹腔给药后24-72小时,荷瘤机体瘤组织中HPD含量高于肝,肾,肺及肌肉,给药后24-48小时和48-72小时的HPD清除速率以肿瘤组织最低,HPD荧光主要位于肿瘤细胞浆内,少量位于细胞核。

Abstract:
The contents of hematoporphyrin derivative (HPD) in tumor and other tissues in mice were determined using spectrophotofluorometry and fluorescence microscopy. The results showed that the content in tumor was higher than those in liver, kidney, lung and muscles from 24 to 72 hours after injection of HPD intraperitoneally. The clearance of HPD in tumor tissue was the lowest from 24 to 72 hours after injection when compared with those in other tissues. The fluorescence of HPD was observed densely in cytoplasm of tumor cells and faintly in nuclei.
