| 摘 要： | 门急诊是医院对外开放的窗口，是医院最直接的社会形象，因此，要做好门急诊工作，建立健康和谐的医患关系，就一定要坚持“十要”的伦理原则：态度要端正，沟通要真诚，速度要快捷，诊断要准确，处置要灵活，用药要合理，应激要沉着，护理要周到，能力要综合，管理要规范。
