细节护理在确保手术室护理安全中的应用效果分析

目的探讨细节护理在确保手术室护理安全中的实施效果。方法选取2013年5月-2014年8月在我院手术室接受手术治疗的160例患者的临床资料,按照就诊先后顺序分为两组,2013年5月~2014年1月接受手术室常规护理的97例患者为对照组,2014年2-8月接受护理模式改革后手术室细节护理的63例患者为观察组。比较两组患者接受手术室护理的质量及对护理工作的满意率。结果观察组仪器设备管理、洗手护士及巡回护士配合技能、消毒隔离及护理质量安全评分均高于对照组（P〈0.01）;观察组患者护理满意率高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论细节护理可提高手术室护理工作质量,患者对护理工作满意率高,有利于确保手术室护理安全,值得临床推广应用。

Application effect analysis on implementation of detailed nursing in the operating room for nursing safety

Objective To investigate the effect of the implementation of nursing in the operating room of the operating room for nursing safety.Methods Clinical data of 160 patients admitted to our hospital ’s operating room underwent surgery during May 2013 to August 2014 were selected.According to the sequence of treatment time ,160 patients were divided into two groups ,97 cases undergoing routine nursing care of the operating room during May 2013 to January 2014 were selected as control group and 63 cases undergoing de-tailed nursing after nursing model reform during February 2014 to August 2014 were selected as observation group .The quality and sat-isfaction rate of nursing care of operating room of the two groups were compared .Results Scores of the equipment management ,nursing skills,disinfection and isolation and the nursing quality and safety of the observation group were higher than that of the control group （ P〈0.01）.Satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （ P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Detailed nurs-ing in the operating room can improve nursing quality ,satisfaction rate of nursing care,ensure nursing safety of operating room .It is worthy of recommendation in clinical practice .
