高支链氨基酸完全胃肠外营养对术后病人血清氨基酸谱的影响

本文观察了高支链氨基酸和普通营养型氨基酸,对20例腹部手术患者行完全胃肠外营养时血清氨基酸谱变化的影响。发现两种氨基酸混合液均可促进术后病人血清氨基酸谱的恢复,但前者作用更好,且术后早期输入高支链氨基酸比普通营养型氨基酸能更好地提高血清支链氨基酸浓度,有利于纠正负氮平衡,支链氨基酸中亮氨酸的作用可能更大。

The Effect of TPN with BCAA on the Serum Amino Acid Spectrum of Postoperative Patients

The effect of TPN with BCAA and standard amino acid solution on the serum amino acid spectrum of 20 cases of postoperative patients with moderate abdominal operations was observed. We found that both amino acid solutions were helpful to improve patients serum amino acid spectrums, but the former was better. Also, the use of BCAA in early stage following operation was more effective than standard amino acid solution in increasing the concentration of serum BCAA, and was benificial to correct negative nitrogen balance. Among all branched-chain amino acids, leucine may play a more significant role.
